Knotty by Nurture is my one‑woman plant business, grown right here in Dayton, Ohio. I’m Cara — a mom, a horticulture student, a licensed greenhouse technician, and someone who has always found joy in helping things grow. What started as a personal love for plants and fiber art has become a way for me to support my family while staying present at home with my kids.

I blend hands‑on plant care, thoughtfully selected houseplants, handcrafted macramé, and approachable education to help people feel confident in their growing journey. Every plant I sell, every hanger I knot, and every service I offer comes directly from me — my training, my experience, and my heart for this community.

You’ll find I offer houseplants, seasonal décor, repotting help, diagnostics, and mobile plant care for homes and small businesses throughout the Dayton area. My mission is simple: to nurture nature year‑round and help families, futures, and front yards flourish.

If you’re a first‑time plant parent, a seasoned collector, or someone who just wants their space to feel a little more alive, I’m here to help you grow with confidence.
